Behavior, Cognitivism, and Constructivism in ICT.
  • Behaviorism is a theory of learning that the result of learning is the change of learners’ behavior. The learners learn by getting stimulus gradually and after that, they give response and make their learning as their behavior. In ICT, the student can improve their capability or knowledge with ICT because as a tools to get many information. It is so helpful for them to become diligent.
  • Cognitivism is a theory of learning that the result of the learning is the change of learners’ understanding. They not only focus on what happen with behavior but also focus on the understanding of the topic. This theory is development of behaviorism theory. And involves examining learning, memory, problem solving skills and intelligence. In ICT, it can help student to do their task and can motivate their to explore ideas.
  • Constructivism is a theory of learning which students not only change their behavior and understanding, but also creating their own understanding. This theory comes because of the believe that learning is cannot be transferred from somebody but from their own understanding that comes from their experience. In ICT, it helps students to create new things by using software like games.
